How to place an Order?

Online Order
To place an order online, add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to enter a valid email address and your delivery and billing information. Proceed by selecting continue to payment method. Select,
Credit Card: To pay with credit card, debit card and other netbanking options.
Cash On Delivery To place a COD Order.
Bank Deposit For direct bank deposit and NEFT payments.

Can I return the product if i dont like?

Yes, of course you can return if you don't like the product.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept

  • Direct bank deposits.

Can I edit my Order?

You can easily edit or cancel your order at any time as long as it is done before the order is fulfilled.
Step 1: Login to your account by clicking on the login button at the top right corner of the website.

Step 2: Enter your email address and password to login. If you didn't create an account when you've placed an order, simply create a new account using the "Create Account" form on the right side of the login form.

Shipping

When will my I receive my product?

We normally fulfill orders within 2 days from the date of order. Average shipping time is 4 days from the date of fulfillment. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 6 working days, to ship the order depending upon the order size and product.

How to track my shipment?

You can track your shipments from order status page when you are logged in to your account. If you don't have an account created with us you can track here using the tracking id provided in order confirmation mail.

How long it would take to ship to my place?

Standard shipping time from fulfilment.
South - 2 to 3 days
North - 5 to 7 days
West - 4 to 5 days
East - 8 to 10 days

Returns and Refunds

How should I initiate a return?

Should I have to send back the return item?

No. Just drop a mail or message, We will take care of the rest.

How will I get my Refund?

If it's a prepaid order the order amount will be sent back to your Bank Account. If it's a COD order you will have to share your Bank Details to get refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund immediately after we receive the returned item.
